The Problem We Solve
When disaster strikes, two crises happen simultaneously. An overwhelming flood of unverified information floods social media and communication channels. And an influx of unvetted volunteers — some well-meaning but untrained, others actively exploitative — puts already-vulnerable survivors at greater risk. Every volunteer is background checked through our vetted provider before any credentialing begins. Pass proceeds to credential verification. Fail stops the process. Protecting vulnerable people is non-negotiable.
Stage 3
Credential Verification
Volunteers upload supporting documentation for claimed certifications. Our team verifies each credential against ICS/NIMS role requirements.
Stage 4
Active Status
Verified volunteers receive a portable credential profile shareable across partner organizations. Deployment eligibility is determined by each organization independently.
